Ceremony in Supper Room

Our tranquil Supper Room situated at top of the Town Hall's grand curving staircase is ideal for civil ceremonies with between 30 and 70* guests.

The room offers a light and airy space for couples to celebrate the start of their new life together. 

Room hire for ceremony only:

Monday - Friday - £300
Saturday - £450

By celebrating your entire day with us, the room hire for your ceremony is reduced.

Room hire for ceremony when booking Assembly Room for reception:

Monday - Friday £150
Saturday £225 

*Maximum numbers must include the wedding couple, 2 registrars and photographer/videographer. 

Hire charges for a ceremony include:

• Room hire for up to 2 hours and 15 minutes (including 1 hour before the time of the ceremony) which will give you around 40 minutes for photographs after the ceremony.
• Ivory silk flower decorations and pedestals.
• Bluetooth speaker to connect to your phone/tablet for your ceremony music.
• Room set up to your specifications.
• 30 minutes rehearsal to be arranged at your convenience.
• Services of our Wedding Coordinator.
• Arrangements can be made for additional time to decorate the room or for a drinks reception after the ceremony - POA.
